Job Title: Construction LaborerJob Description

Perform basic site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling. Load, unload, and stage materials for carpenters and other trades. Assist with simple construction tasks such as holding, carrying, and positioning materials. Operate basic tools such as brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, drills, and saws (under supervision). Set up and take down temporary barriers, signage, and safety rails. Support deliveries by directing drivers, moving pallets, and organizing storage areas. Help with basic demolition, stripping forms, or moving equipment as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
