**Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated and versatile construction laborers to join our team. You will play a critical role in maintaining production goals by loading and unloading super sacks of concrete at a consistent rate. This position requires operating equipment daily, along with additional responsibilities such as site clean-up, material movement, and occasional printing tasks. We value a team-first mentality, and those who prefer diverse tasks will thrive in this role. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to meet production goals. + Operate equipment including JCB 510 and Manitu, among others, on a daily basis. + Perform site clean-up and assist in moving materials as needed. + Collaborate with team members and assist with printing tasks occasionally. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating JCB 510, Manitu, or similar-sized 12K Telehandlers. + Proficiency in using construction equipment for multiple hours per day, at least 5 days a week within the last 6 months. + Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with outdoor construction work. + Willingness to relocate to different project sites if needed. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team with a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration.
