**Construction Laborer / Set Up Technician –** **$23/hr** We’re hiring Set Up Technicians to travel to job sites and set up modular trailers for construction sites, schools, shopping centers, and events. You’ll be working with hand tools, power tools, and basic building systems to get each trailer fully functional and ready to use. **Job Duties** + Travel to job sites in a company vehicle to set up modular trailers + Level trailers and install steps, ramps, and handrails + Make sure doors, electrical, and plumbing are working properly + Install furniture and ensure HVAC and WiFi systems are operational + Work Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (overtime possible for distant sites) **Skills Needed** + Strong with hand tools and power tools + Construction, production, or troubleshooting experience + Mechanical aptitude and assembly/building skills + Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check + Must be 21+ per DOT standards **Additional Qualifications** + Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, carpentry, or wiring + Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills + Experience repairing or maintaining living spaces **Why Work Here** + Competitive pay + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) plan + Life insurance + Generous PTO **Work Environment** + Non‑climate‑controlled settings + Travel to job sites + Work in all weather conditions **Apply today.
