Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. Successful candidates will assist in various construction labor tasks, including demolition and moving materials to new locations. This role demands physical strength and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly. You will also be required to use hand and power tools effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with construction labor work, including demolition and material relocation.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
+ Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
+ Work on commercial air vapor barriers, hot applied coatings, traffic coatings, insulation, and specialty group construction labor.
+ Maintain a strong work ethic and good attendance, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Essential Skills
+ General labor and construction experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Experience with epoxy and concrete work.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
+ Ability to work in various weather conditions.
+ Pass a 4-panel drug test.

Work Environment
You will work outdoors 100% of the time on commercial construction job sites. Be prepared to work in all types of weather conditions. The work schedule is from 6:45 am to 5 pm, starting at the company shop and traveling to job sites in a company truck. The team size ranges from 1-3 people. The dress code requires leather boots, high visibility shirts, and a hard hat, with jeans as acceptable attire (no shorts). Essential tools include a 28 oz. hammer, 25’ tape measure, utility knife with extra blades, chalk line with extra chalk, screwdrivers, crescent wrenches, and a nail pouch with a hammer holder. PPE includes a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high visibility vest or shirt.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
