**Job Title: Construction Laborer** Job Description The role involves assisting in the assembly of solar panels and performing general construction labor tasks. The candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading panels, using a tape measure, and following directions from the foreman for correct alignment. Tools such as wrenches, impact drills, and hammers will be provided for use. Essential Skills + Experience in construction or general labor. + Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. + Proficiency in using basic construction tools. Work Environment The job is based outdoors at a commercial site. Workers will use a commercial lift to access large flat commercial roofs. Safety is prioritized with a perimeter warning system in place, and there is no work near the edge of the building or use of ladders. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Easton, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
