You'll manually install silt fences and wattles, ensuring they’re properly secured and maintained. Work continues through winter depending on performance. **🔧 Key Responsibilities** + Hand-install silt fences and wattles + Drive posts using pneumatic post driver + Secure fencing with zip ties to steel t-posts + Tamping and backfilling trenches + Shovel sediment buildup from fences + Assist equipment operators with large sediment removal **💪 Essential Skills** + Construction or commercial construction experience + Skilled with hand and power tools + Physically capable: bending, kneeling, lifting materials + Comfortable working in muddy, wet, and cold conditions **🚗 Additional Requirements** + Valid driver’s license **🌟 Why Join?** + Weekly pay + Overtime available + Steady work through winter based on performance **🌦️ Work Environment** **Outdoor civil construction sites with varying weather.
