📍 Location: Start each day at our Sacramento yard at 7:00 AM or meet directly at job sites.

🔨 What You’ll Do:Hand dig around existing utilities with precision and care.Push and pull conduit and cable to support underground infrastructure.Operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws.Load, carry, and organize materials for daily tasks.Maintain tools and equipment, and report repair needs.Assist in hauling equipment and restoring work areas.Wash and clean vehicles and machinery.Follow all safety protocols and participate in training.🛠 What You Bring (Must Haves):Experience with power tools and general construction.Experience in concrete, underground construction, or general labor.Valid driver’s license.Safety-first mindset and ability to use hand tools effectively.⭐ Bonus Skills:Class A or B license for transporting materials.Heavy equipment experience (mini excavators, backhoes, aerial lifts, skid steers, trenchers).Experience in underground construction or aerial line work.Familiarity with trenching, asphalt, or concrete placement.💼 Why You’ll Love Working Here:Benefits: Competitive package including 401K with matching.Growth: Career advancement opportunities in a company that’s always expanding.Culture: Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and respect.Ready to build your future with us? Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
