We're looking for General Laborers to support carpenters and labor foremen with site maintenance and hands-on tasks. **Key Responsibilities** + Move materials across the job site + Assist with demolition work + Keep the site clean and organized + Help implement stormwater and erosion control + Provide weather protection for the site + Support carpenters with backing and blocking **Essential Skills** + ✅ 1+ year of commercial construction experience + ✅ Comfortable using hand tools + ✅ Carpenter apprentice experience is a plus **Additional Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required) + Any outdoor labor experience is welcome + Must have basic hand tools: hammer, tape measure, pliers **Why Join Us?** 🎓 Apprenticeship Opportunity!
