**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and versatile construction laborer to support all aspects of building and construction. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Areas of support will include framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, finish, and cabinet building. **Responsibilities** + Assist in various construction tasks including framing, plumbing, electrical work, tile installation, painting, cutting, siding, finish work, and cabinet building. + Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately. + Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in construction projects. + Lift materials weighing 50 pounds or more. + Remain on feet for 10+ hours a day during work shifts. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and construction. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure. + Skillful use of hand tools and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work collaboratively within small teams. + Experience across multiple trades is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a unique environment that blends manufacturing with construction in a growth-minded and fun setting. Work hours are 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with a daily crew meeting at 6:55 am. The dress code includes closed-toe work shoes, shirts with sleeves, and shorts or pants that are longer than the tool belt. Sweatpants, leggings, and athletic wear are not permitted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
