Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to support an essential long-term infrastructure project in Summit County, Colorado. This position offers consistent work through 2027, with the potential for permanent placement. You will assist experienced concrete and pipefitting crews on a high-impact public works initiative serving the local community.
Key Responsibilities
•\tSupport concrete and pipefitting operations with general labor tasks.
•\tSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and site equipment.
•\tAssist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site organization.
•\tPerform physically demanding tasks including demolition, framing, lifting, and installation.
•\tMaintain site cleanliness and comply with all safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications
•\tMinimum of 6 months’ experience in construction or general labor.
•\tProficient in the use of hand and power tools; forklift experience preferred.
•\tAbility to read a tape measure and assist with basic carpentry or mechanical work.
•\tStrong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team.
•\tPreferred: Exposure to industrial job sites or basic electrical knowledge.

Work Conditions
This is an outdoor position located in Summit County, Colorado. Candidates must be prepared to work in variable weather conditions and perform physical labor. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety guidelines is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
