Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesStrip and clean concrete forms and products.Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.Perform basic carpentry skills.Facility maintenance and housekeeping.Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools.Comfortability working in a dirtier work environment.Wearing steel toe shoes.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing or construction preferred.Knowledge of basic math and measurements.Ability to read and write simple instructions.Effective communication skills with team members.Experience using tools such as impact guns, hammers, scrapers, pliers, and tape measures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in an indoor/outdoor facility, requiring candidates to be comfortable working in environments without temperature control. The shift times are Monday to Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with current work hours ranging from 8 to 11 hours a day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
