**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and versatile laborer to support all aspects of building and construction. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. The production process doubles as a showroom for customers, emphasizing professionalism with very minimal cussing. The team consists of 80-120 employees depending on projects, working within small teams for each build process. Hours are from 7 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break. Employees must work 10 hours a day, Monday through Thursday, arriving by 6:50 am for a 6:55 am crew meeting, with an optional worship at 6:40 am. Dress code requires closed-toe work shoes/boots, shirts with sleeves, shorts or pants longer than a tool belt, and prohibits sweatpants, leggings, or athletic wear. **Job Type & Location** This is a 3-month contract position based out of Cleveland, TN. But the contract could get extended if they get additional contracts for more production projects. **Pay:** $18-$20/hr, depending on experience **Shift:** 1st - 6:50am to 5:30pm **Schedule:** Monday-Thursday **Weekly hours:** about 45, maybe 50 on occasions **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
