**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** The construction laborer will work from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime depending on the project. This role involves performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to support daily operations at a construction site. Responsibilities are focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, with a significant portion of tasks involving general clean-up. **Responsibilities** + Perform demolition work as required + Load and unload materials and equipment + Dig and prepare sites for construction + Conduct general clean-up to ensure a safe and efficient work environment + Utilize hand and power tools for various construction tasks + Operate small machinery and equipment safely + Adhere to safety regulations and practices on the construction site **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in a commercial or large residential job setting + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Knowledge of safety precautions in a construction environment + OSHA 10 certification + Experience with plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems + Ability to operate scissor lifts, scaffolding, and forklifts + Capability to measure and use tools such as tape measures, hammers, and saws **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures + Good interpersonal skills and team spirit + Ability to work safely on projects + Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting safety rules and operating manuals + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret various instructions + Reliable transportation to and from the work site **Why Work Here?** This is a great long-term opportunity with a company that values growth and development.
