**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team working on a state-of-the-art EV battery manufacturing facility in De Soto, KS. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest general contractors in the United States, with competitive pay and the chance to be part of a groundbreaking project. **Responsibilities** + Assist with site cleanup and temporary fence construction. + Pick up trash and operate floor scrubbers. + Refuel generators for lights. + Work collaboratively in a team of five, under the guidance of a lead, area foreman, and general foreman. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of recent, relevant construction labor experience. + Ability to lift 30-50 lbs, with team-lift for heavier loads. + Ability to stand for extended periods and maneuver stairs (4+ flights per day). + Ability to walk 10+ miles per day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to operate skid steers and front end loaders. + Ability to operate floor scrubbers. + Carpentry and concrete skills are desirable. **Why Work Here?** Experience the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project with one of the largest general contractors in the United States. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30AM to 5PM, with mandatory Saturdays as needed. Dress code and safety gear will be required in accordance with construction site protocols. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
