**Exterior Panel Installer – Commercial Construction**
**Location** : Downtown Denver & Loveland
**Job Type** Full-Time
**Schedule** : Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays), 6–7 AM start time, 8–10 hour days
**About the Role**
We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our commercial construction team asExterior Metal Panel Installers. If you’re comfortable working at heights and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Install and secure exterior metal wall panels on commercial buildings
+ Prep job sites, tools, and materials
+ Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and swing stages
+ Load and unload materials and equipment
+ Keep the job site clean and organized
+ Assist with scaffolding and material handling
+ Follow OSHA safety guidelines at all times
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Experience with hand and power tools
+ Must have experience in construction, framing, siding, or sheet metal work
+ Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
+ Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms
+ Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
**Nice to Have**
+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification
+ Experience with ACM panel installation
+ Forklift and scaffolding experience
+ Skills in waterproofing, caulking, or demolition
**Requirements**
+ Must own basic tools or be willing to get them within 90 days
+ Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather
+ Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
