Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking skilled installers to join our team for the installation of new windows and premanufactured metal window frames in commercial buildings and store fronts. This role involves physical labor and teamwork, requiring individuals to lift up to 50lbs alone and collaborate with others to handle heavier materials.

ResponsibilitiesInstall new windows and premanufactured metal window frames in commercial buildings.Load windows and frames into the work van at the shop and transport them to job sites.Collaborate with a team of 4-6 people to complete installations based on project size.Utilize hand and power tools effectively to measure and cut materials with precision.Explain and demonstrate the usage of tools and techniques in installations.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months construction experience in carpentry, glazing, roofing, window installation, or tile work.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and metal fabrication.Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/32nd of an inch.Valid Driver's License.Pay:$18-$25/hrPaid weeklyAnnual BonusSchedule:Monday - Friday7:00am-4:00pm40-45 hours/weekWhy Work Here?Enjoy a yearly bonus based on company earnings.Work-life balance with no weekend shifts or excessive overtime.Convenient transportation in company vans to job sites.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
