**Construction Laborer - Mount Clemens, MI** **Job Description** Join our team as a Construction Laborer where you will engage in manual labor, predominantly outdoors. Responsibilities include cleanup, lifting, gathering tools, and raking. This position is very labor-intensive and involves working on commercial construction projects such as parking lots and floors, You will need to travel to specific sites within a 45 minutes from Mount Clemens. **Responsibilities** + Perform manual labor tasks including cleanup, lifting, tool gathering, and raking. + Engage in flatwork for commercial construction projects such as parking lots and floors. + Travel to various construction sites, primarily within 30-45 minutes from Mt Clemens, with some sites up to an hour away. + Work 10 to 12-hour days Monday through Friday, with half days on Saturday. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of construction labor experience involving manual and physical tasks. + Proficiency in using construction tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Possession of a CDL is a plus. + Foreman or lead experience is advantageous. **Work Environment** Work on commercial construction properties within one hour of Mt Clemens. The role requires wearing PPE, including a vest, hard hat, and steel-toed boots. Expect to work primarily outdoors, in varying weather conditions, and occasionally indoors. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
