Job Description
The candidate will be involved in production construction work, building modular trailers from scratch. The role includes performing repetitive installations as the trailers follow a standardized design. Candidates should be comfortable using basic hand and power tools. This is a fast-paced production environment where candidates will be trained to assemble and build the trailers. Once trained, they will need to work independently.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large construction yard with warehouse buildings featuring 20ft garages for trailer work. Candidates will work both outside and inside, with warehouse doors closing during inclement weather and open during the summer to allow for outdoor-like conditions. The schedule is from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
