Job Description
We are a leading manufacturer of precast concrete, polymer concrete, and plastic products in the United States, with a commitment to reliability, quality, and service. Our products include utility vaults, reinforced catch basins, drainage and septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters, and wall panels. We are seeking a dedicated Production Laborer to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing process in our plant.
ResponsibilitiesWork in the production environment, assisting with the manufacturing process of concrete products.Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times.Perform basic carpentry skills.Undertake other duties as assigned to support production goals.Essential SkillsExperience in concrete, precast, labor, production, manufacturing, rebar, construction, dry cast, and wet cast.Ability to read and understand a tape measure.Knowledge and ability to operate basic tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious machine operating experience preferred.Experience working outdoors is an advantage.Candidates with construction or general labor background are highly preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our large, industrial covered facility includes both indoor and outdoor working conditions. The precast team consists of 22 employees working in teams of 5-6. Shifts start between 4am-6am, with workdays lasting 10-11 hours. Currently, the start time is 3-4am. Employees should be comfortable working 10-15 hours of overtime weekly and some Saturdays, typically every other Saturday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
