Job Title: Construction Integration Supervisor/Manager
Job Description
The primary role of the Construction Integration Supervisor/Manager is to oversee and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, ensuring efficient and high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities
Implement strategies to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.Review operations and consult with technical or administrative staff to address production or processing challenges.Develop and enforce production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production quality control and maintenance to identify production issues.Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff while resolving personal grievances.Establish and monitor product standards to guarantee quality finished products.Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and personnel records.Essential Skills
Construction management experience, particularly in data center operations and project management.Telecommunications construction knowledge and network infrastructure expertise.5-7 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in data center telecom integration and fit-out.Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, quality control, and effective manufacturing and distribution techniques.Understanding of machine and tool designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for creating precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Additional Skills & Qualifications
BICSI and Fiber certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.Profound knowledge of telecom specifications.High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite. The role demands a commitment of 40 hours per week, with typical workdays spanning 10 hours. The environment emphasizes collaboration and precision in a dynamic construction setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00/hr.
