Job Title: Construction General LaborerJob Description

Join our team as a Construction General Laborer, where you will work alongside duct and kitchen cleaning crews, assisting crew leaders in clean-up tasks. This role involves using various methods and equipment to perform cleaning duties at different commercial facilities, hospitals, and industrial buildings. While most cleaning will occur outside vents, you may occasionally need to crawl into tight spaces to complete tasks. You will meet at the Warren shop daily and travel to various job sites, with some overnight travel required, which is compensated.

ResponsibilitiesAssist crew leaders in clean-up tasks using various methods and equipment.Perform cleaning duties at commercial facilities, hospitals, and industrial buildings.Crawl into tight spaces when necessary to complete cleaning tasks.Travel daily from the shop to various job sites, with some compensated overnight travel.Essential Skills6+ months of general labor experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working on flat rooftops and in smaller spaces.Flexible shift availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with a changing schedule.Mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand tools.Valid driver's license or state ID.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in air duct or kitchen exhaust fan cleaning.Familiarity with using vacuums and power washers.Leadership experience or ability to lead crews.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in both commercial and industrial environments, indoors and outdoors, using a variety of tools and equipment. Flexibility in attire is required based on the conditions of each job site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
