**General Laborer – Restoration Team** **Location: Saint Paul, MN** **Type: Contract-to-Hire** **Pay:$20–$23/hour** **Start Date: August 17, 2025** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-site, with overtime opportunities** **Overview** Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? Join a restoration crew that specializes in cleaning and rebuilding spaces damaged by water, fire, and other incidents. You’ll start each morning at the shop and head out with the team to tackle job sites across the area. **Key Responsibilities** + Set up drying and water removal equipment + Clear out damaged furniture, supplies, and equipment + Assist with demolition and cleanup tasks + Support restoration efforts in residential and commercial buildings + Work closely with a team to get spaces back to normal **What You’ll Need** + Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with help + Comfortable working in crawl spaces, at ceiling heights, and in tight areas + Willingness to work in physically demanding environments + Experience in general labor, construction, carpentry, or remediation is helpful + Reliable transportation to and from the shop daily **What’s In It For You** + Overtime available for those who want extra hours + Clear path to advancement—many team members move into case manager or project manager roles + Work that makes a visible impact in the community + Supportive team and training provided **Work Conditions** Expect to work in environments affected by flooding, fire, and other damage.
