**Construction General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction General Office Furniture Installer to join our dynamic team. As an installer, you will be responsible for setting up desks, furniture, and storage solutions within office buildings. You will utilize various hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures, as well as cordless drills, to ensure precise and efficient installation. This role also requires unloading materials from trucks and transporting them into the workspace. **Responsibilities** + Set up office furniture and storage solutions inside office buildings. + Utilize hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures. + Operate cordless drills for furniture installation. + Unload materials from trucks and transport them into the workspace. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools with at least 1 year of experience. + Experience in construction, ideally with 2+ years in a current or recent job. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Skill in furniture assembly and installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Foreman position requires a construction skillset with 3+ years of experience. + Familiarity with power tools and general labor tasks. + Knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and concrete work. **Work Environment** The work environment is dynamic, with typical hours from Monday to Friday, occasionally extending to Saturdays and Sundays to meet client deadlines. Workdays are 9-10 hours long, starting between 5:30-7:00 AM and usually concluding around 4-4:30 PM. There may be instances where work extends into the evening from 5 PM to 10 PM, with advance notice provided 1-2 weeks beforehand.
