We’re hiring dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that builds and improves communities.
Pay: $13.00 an hour
Location: Grayson, KY
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons
Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
Use hand tools and power tools as directed
Operate basic machinery or construction equipment (if trained/certified)
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Perform other general labor tasks as needed
Requirements:Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Safety-minded with a positive attitude
