Job Title: Construction EstimatorJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Estimator and play a pivotal role in coordinating with subcontractors during the pre-construction phase of projects. You will be responsible for calculating bids and budgets to ensure projects remain on schedule. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to grow and train alongside the Senior Estimator, gaining invaluable experience in the field.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with subcontractors on-site during the pre-construction phase of projects.Calculate bids and budgets for upcoming projects to ensure financial accuracy and project feasibility.Work alongside the Senior Estimator to develop skills and receive training.Communicate effectively with subcontractors to maintain project schedules.Essential Skills2 - 5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing project data and calculations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Procore or Bluebeam is advantageous.Familiarity with estimation and budgeting software.Work Environment

This role requires working onsite in the office and traveling to construction sites in the Streetsboro area. The position is with a design-build firm that manages all phases of construction projects from start to finish, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Streetsboro, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.
