Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a **Construction Environmental Compliance Lead** to join their team. As a Construction Environmental Compliance Lead, you will be part of the **Cloud Infrastructure Construction Environmental Compliance team** supporting **Data Center construction projects** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **excellent communication skills** , and **problem-solving abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Environmental Compliance Lead
**Location:** Indianapolis
**Pay Range:** $53.04 - $58.37
**What’s the Job?**
+ Manage environmental permits during construction until turnover to operations.
+ Oversee consultants performing site inspections and ensure compliance.
+ Coordinate with internal/external partners to achieve compliance goals.
+ Develop and submit required reports to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
+ Serve as Microsoft’s environmental representative to external stakeholders.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, including Clean Water Act Sections 401, 402, and 404.
+ Experience in environmental compliance during construction phases.
+ Ability to conduct onsite field inspections and provide on-demand field support.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permit requirements.
