**Construction Crew Member** **Paying $22.00 - $28.00** **Location - Clackamas, OR** Assist field crews with site cleanup, material staging, and work area preparation. Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision for installation tasks. Maintain a clean, hazard-free job site to support team safety. Work alongside journeyman carpenters and ironworkers to learn trade skills, and help with setup, teardown, rigging, and alignment of steel components. **Responsibilities:** + Support field crews with essential tasks including site cleanup, material staging, and preparation of work areas. + Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision for site preparation and installation tasks. + Maintain a clean and hazard-free job site to ensure safety for all team members. + Work closely with journeyman carpenters and ironworkers to learn trade skills and construction techniques. + Participate in the setup and teardown of steel components and assist with rigging and alignment as needed. **Qualifications:** + Willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment + Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn from experienced tradespeople + Ability to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment + No prior experience required—training will be provided + Able to use basic hand and power tools while on the jobsite **Environment/ Shift:** + Working outside and in the elements. + Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (Must be open to working OT throughout the week) **Employee Value Proposition:** + Great opportunity for someone who is wanting to better understand the steel side of the construction world and learn more hands on training to become an Ironworker down the road.
