Construction Contract Administrator

Responsibilities
+ Prepare and organize bid documents and folders prior to submission.
+ Assemble and organize awarded contract packages and folders.
+ Collaborate with various internal departments to gather contract information, including Statements of Work (SOWs), schedules, specifications, and drawings.
+ Handle the processing of prequalification contracts.
+ Manage the processing of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) requests, including filing and follow-ups.
+ Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
+ Format and compile final awarded contract packages and send them via DocuSign.
+ File and upload signed contracts to the appropriate systems.
+ Format and clean up various contract templates, forms, and specifications.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with contracts and vendor communication.
+ Construction industry experience preferred
+ Lease and audit experience
+ Attention to detail.
+ Vendor-bank communication and invoicing proficiency.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.25/hr.
