**Job Title: Construction Clean Up Lead**
**Job Description**
Lead and supervise a team of floor cleaners in various construction sites. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on commercial floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and maintained properly. Conduct regular inspections to ensure floors meet cleanliness and safety standards. Collaborate with construction site managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies inventory. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and standards.
**Responsibilities**

**Essential Skills**
+ Proven leadership and team management skills.
+ Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification if not already certified.
+ Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
+ Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Construction and janitorial experience.
+ Must be able to work overtime.
+ General labor skills and knowledge of floor maintenance.

**Work Environment**
Work in new construction environments requiring adaptability in cleaning strategies. Shifts typically run Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime. The role involves physical labor and requires adherence to safety protocols.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
