Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their Chambers-ranked Construction Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction attorney interested in negotiating contracts and dispute resolution for some of the largest real estate development projects in the nation.

 

 

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record. Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing. 3–4 years of substantive experience in construction infrastructure, project development, or real estate. Transactional background is strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage and execute multiple complex transactions with precision and efficiency. Thrives in a collaborative team setting, while also showing initiative and independence. Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.  

 

Key Responsibilities

Represent real estate developers in contract negotiations for projects including airports, sports stadiums, hospitals, high-rise construction, energy infrastructure, and related developments. Advise clients on dispute resolution related to construction infrastructure, project development, and real estate issues. Provide strategic support throughout all phases of real estate development and construction. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys on transactional, project management, and litigation matters for construction projects.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $250,000 – $275,000, commensurate with experience.
