Job Title: Construction Administrator

Location: Louisville, KY

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Administrator to support daily operations. In this role, you’ll coordinate technician schedules, streamline workflow between the field and office, and ensure timely, accurate billing. Your work directly impacts project efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team success.

Key ResponsibilitiesField & Technician CoordinationDispatch and coordinate plumbing technicians, ensuring daily schedules and assignments run smoothly.Monitor job progress, completion timelines, and follow-up needs throughout the day.Serve as a communication hub between technicians, Project Managers, leadership, and customers.Project & Administrative SupportMaintain accurate service logs, work orders, job records, and project documentation.Assist Project Managers with job tracking, workflow alignment, and administrative needs.Identify scheduling gaps and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted field operations.Support onboarding and training coordination to ensure technicians understand processes and expectations.Billing & DocumentationProcess invoices promptly and accurately.Track collections, cash flow, and documentation for job files.Maintain high attention to detail to ensure compliance and clean record-keeping.Essential Skills & ExperiencePlumbing or construction industry familiarityProject coordination or project management supportDocument control / project administrationMS Office Suite proficiencyBilling, invoicing, and data entry accuracyExperience with AIA formats (preferred)Ability to schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and manage multiple prioritiesAdditional QualificationsStrong organizational and time‑management skillsProfessional communication—written, verbal, and interpersonalAbility to work effectively with technicians, managers, and customersProblem-solving mindset, especially when managing schedules and workflow conflictsHigh attention to detail and consistency in documentation and invoicingWork Environment & Benefits

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
