The Plumbing Coordinator supports daily operations for the plumbing service team, ensuring technicians are properly dispatched, work is completed efficiently, and billing is processed promptly. This role is on-site in Louisville, with limited remote flexibility as approved.
Responsibilities
+ Dispatch and coordinate technicians; ensure daily schedules, assignments, and job readiness.
+ Monitor technician progress, completion status, and follow-up needs throughout the day.
+ Maintain clear communication with technicians, Project Managers, and leadership.
+ Process invoices promptly; manage collections, cash flow tracking, and job documentation.
+ Maintain service logs, job records, work orders, and reporting for management visibility.
+ Support project managers with administrative needs, job tracking, and workflow alignment.
+ Identify scheduling gaps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth field operations.
+ Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and workflow clarity for technicians.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
