Job Description
Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and walk-in customers. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for estimators and installers. Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and work orders. Track job progress and maintain organized records. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing and expense tracking. Assist with payroll and basic bookkeeping. Order office supplies and support daily office operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33000.00 - $42000.00/yr.
