Job Description:

Job Summary
This position generates new opportunities and manages and grows existing customer accounts. He/She is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their assigned accounts.  He/She participates in quarterly reviews with customers to understand service challenges and positions new product offerings. This position facilitates new service solution projects to ensure customer needs and expectations are achieved.

Responsibilities:

Meets with assigned accounts or new leads either onsite or virtually via video conferencing for face-to-face meetings to gather information about their business and identify opportunities for solutions.Builds successful partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels of customers' organizations to cultivate relationships and generate revenue opportunities across all product and service lines.Sells technology solutions to customer to secure their business, provide added value to proposals and satisfy business needs.Presents solutions to customers to gain approval of proposals and move forward with sales process.Conducts status meetings to review project progress, redistribute work and resources, and prioritize projects in queue.Solicits feedback from cross-functional partners to determine potential limitations and solutions for process improvements within the department.Works with corporate departments to communicate customer business trends and requests and to acquire product knowledge and perform due diligence procedures before positioning new services.Generates customer reports to present business activity status to leadership.Communicates project deliverables to stakeholders to prepare for implementation.Collaborates with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and messaging that align with customer needs and drive engagement.Provides feedback to marketing on campaign performance and customer response to improve future initiatives.Assists in creating case studies, testimonials, and success stories to support marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.Leverages social media and digital platforms to promote solutions and engage with customers when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 3 – 5 years of software sales experience-preferred.Experience collaborating with marketing teams or executing marketing-driven initiatives.Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.Strong communication skills for creating customer-facing marketing content and presentations.
