**Job Title: Conformal Coating Technician - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Conformal Coating Technician where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and production processes. You will prepare PCB parts for soldering in a controlled environment, ensuring quality and precision. **Responsibilities** + Perform conformal coating of PCB parts in preparation for soldering. + Utilize working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001 standards. + Operate visual magnification devices effectively to ensure accuracy. + Interpret and operate basic electronic and mechanical measuring devices. + Work independently in a fast-paced environment while fostering professional relationships. + Communicate effectively with staff and management, both verbally and in writing. + Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based applications to streamline processes. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in production or machine operating. + Knowledge of electronic circuit boards and PCB assembly. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment performing assembly and soldering tasks. + Operator certification for IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, or willingness to acquire. + Strong visual acuity and eye-hand coordination. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing or production, including non-electronics fields. + Ability to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies. + Basic math skills. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a thriving small manufacturing company known for its clean environment and long-term projects.
