This role reports to the Regional Configuration Management Manager – UK & Baguio and offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a global aerospace organisation. Configuration Management (CM) is both a technical and management discipline that ensures consistency between product configuration information and the product itself. As a Configuration Management Coordinator, you will support and apply CM processes that ensure all configuration data is accurate, current, well-structured, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
You will become part of a global community of CM professionals who embrace the Moog Company Culture and Values, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Moog Aircraft Group is actively implementing and evolving new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a changing environment and eager to learn new tools and processes. This role offers a clear and supported career path within Configuration Management. Responsibilities
Coordinating and processing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through to final release in Moog’s Teamcenter Systems to meet project milestones.Apply knowledge of Moog’s ERP system and Moog’s multi-site Teamcenter PLM software.Support Change Control meetings, document and Engineering drawing reviews.Create working relationships within CM team and with our internal and external customers.Preparing and submittal of Customer Data Items to ensure contract requirements are met.Determining data requirements for programs, including regular interaction with program teams to support ongoing submittal activities.Manage configuration requirements relating to customer contractsWhat we are looking for
A keen eye for detail and a structured, methodical approachUnderstanding of configuration management principles[JMC] , ideally Industry Standards EIA-649, ISO10007 and IPx CMII best practice and principles.Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems, ideally Teamcenter and SAP.Awareness of the elements and structure of engineering drawings and technical documentsStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetAbility to adapt to change and confidently solve problemsAmbition to grow and develop expertise in Configuration ManagementEnthusiasm for learning new systems and processesWhat We Offer
