Are you a natural relationship‑builder with a passion for creating memorable events and driving commercial success? We’re looking for a Conference & Events Sales Executive who thrives on momentum, energy and results to help maximise revenue and elevate the guest experience.

In this fast‑paced role, you’ll be at the heart of our conferences and events business—converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, identifying new opportunities, and building lasting partnerships with clients who return again and again.

What you’ll be doing

As a Conference & Events Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our events portfolio and ensuring every experience runs seamlessly from enquiry to execution. You’ll be responsible for:

Converting incoming conference and events enquiries into confirmed business, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targetsProactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue, yield and conversion across all event enquiriesManaging the events diary to optimise space, timing and revenue outcomesApplying a confident and consistent up‑selling approach to maximise value for both the client and the businessBuilding strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and tailoring solutions to suitHosting hotel site inspections and show rounds to showcase our spaces and capabilitiesCoordinating the end‑to‑end administration and seamless execution of events, ensuring every detail is coveredSupporting and participating in hotel promotional activities and sales initiatives Why you’ll love this role

We’re seeking a driven, confident and people‑focused professional who enjoys building relationships and achieving results. Ideally, you’ll bring:

A passion for sales, events and hospitality, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiencesProven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business and consistently meet or exceed revenue targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a wide range of clientsStrong commercial awareness, with a natural ability to identify up‑selling and revenue‑maximisation opportunitiesExceptional organisation and attention to detail, ensuring events are managed seamlessly from enquiry to deliveryThe ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple events at onceA proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for teamworkPrevious experience in conference & events, sales, hospitality or hotels (preferred but not essential)
