You independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

You will bring experience and knowledge in:

Machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools

Safety and quality standards for operating machinery

Working independently, be involved in technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks.

Leading activities designed to generate appropriate process information using modelling and simulation, and pilot plant scale up and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements.

Be involved in process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioning and will ensure the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies.

Managing stakeholders and to influence decisions based on data analysis and interpretation of results; create and maintain accurate consumer centric process specifications; leverage connections to internal and external technical communities.

Providing technical process inputs for establishing new lines and new products.

Optimising process parameters for productivity and efficiency.

Writing process specifications.

$40 - $45 per hour + super
