**Job Title: Concrete Finisher** Job Description Join our team as a Concrete Finisher, working on commercial construction jobsites. You will be performing concrete and general laborer duties, assisting with materials, and cleanup tasks. Responsibilities + Perform concrete finishing, including walls, flatwork, and sitework. + Assist concrete finishers with materials and clean up. + Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks. + Engage in concrete pours and use tools such as trowels and power trowels. + Participate in construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of concrete experience, validated by resume and references. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools, verified by references. + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly for up to 10-hour days. + Possession of a valid driver's license. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with walk-behind finishers is beneficial. + Familiarity with large commercial job settings is advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions. The work is physically demanding and requires dealing with concrete, which can be dirty. The team size can vary from 2 to 10 people depending on the project. Work hours are from 5:45 am to 4 pm, starting at the shop in Jefferson. The dress code includes pants, steel-toe boots, and high visibility shirts. Personal protective equipment is provided by the client. Candidates must bring their own tools, including a hammer, tape measure, and tool pouch. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
