💰 Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 DOE + Annual Bonus
The Concrete Project Manager is responsible for the full oversight and successful execution of concrete construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
The position includes managing self-performed concrete crews and subcontractors, overseeing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and serving as the primary point of contact for all concrete-related project scope.
Key Responsibilities Project ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans.
Oversee field execution of concrete production, placement, and structural work.
Coordinate sequencing with general contractors and project teams.
Resource ManagementAllocate manpower and dispatch equipment efficiently.
Procure materials and manage logistics to meet schedule milestones.
Track company equipment utilization and maintenance.
Team LeadershipSupervise field crews, vendors, and subcontractors.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism.
Conduct team training and performance oversight.
Client & Vendor ManagementServe as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.
Manage vendor pricing, contracts, and subcontract agreements.
Maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality & ComplianceEnsure quality control standards are met.
Enforce OSHA and environmental compliance.
Uphold company procedures and safety protocols.
Financial OversightManage project budgets and cost controls.
Monitor profit and loss performance.
Identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect margins.
Planning & ReportingLead planning and coordination meetings.
Review production reports and performance metrics.
Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Required QualificationsDegree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of construction experience with a strong background in concrete project management.
OSHA Safety Certification and/or ACI certifications preferred.
Proficiency in Procore, Autodesk, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
Proven leadership ability in high-pressure environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
