Location: Norfolk, VA (On‑Site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–10 hour shifts

Overtime: Up to 15 hours weekly (some night work required)

Pay Rate: $18–$27/hr

We are seeking multiple Concrete Polishers to support cutting, polishing, repair, and drilling tasks on a wide variety of concrete projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and want to grow their skills within a hands‑on construction environment.

What You’ll DoPerform core drilling into set concrete.Polish concrete surfaces to achieve a smooth, glossy finish.Remove concrete to prepare areas for pipe or conduit installation.Conduct flat sawing to cut concrete or create decorative/functional patterns.Support concrete repair, joint sealing, and general surface preparation tasks.Operate hand and power tools, grinders, polishers, and related equipment.Perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.What You BringExperience in concrete work, construction, or similar trades.Skill in polishing, sawing, core drilling, joint sealing, or concrete repair.Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and cutting/grinding equipment.Comfort with lifting heavy materials and working outdoors for long periods.At least 2 years of experience preferred (not required).Why This Role Stands OutOpportunity for long‑term employment through contract‑to‑hire.Weekly performance reviews during the first three weeks.Full performance evaluation after 90 days.Consistent overtime opportunities.Work with a small, dedicated team in a fast‑paced environment.Work EnvironmentFully outdoor work setting.Monday–Friday with 8–10 hour shifts.Up to 15 hours of weekly overtime available.Some night shift work may be required.Hiring NotesInterview is a brief, on‑site meeting.Drug screening required (5‑panel oral test).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
