We are actively seeking Concrete Laborers and Finishers to support a variety of commercial construction projects, including parking lots, garages, foundations, and structural walls. This is a hands-on role requiring endurance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Candidates will be responsible for tasks such as moving materials, laying concrete blankets, forming curbs, and finishing concrete behind a paver using shovels and brooms.Key Responsibilities:
Move materials and lay concrete blanketsShovel and finish concrete; form curbs and edgesFollow behind a paver to smooth and shape concrete using hand toolsWork outdoors in all weather conditionsPush, pull, and drag equipment with team members for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction, roofing, carpentry, or concrete workAbility to follow instructions and work collaboratively without resistancePhysically capable of lifting over 100 lbsWillingness to work 50+ hours per week when weather permitsAutomatic consideration for candidates with experience in paving, forming curbs, pouring foundations, or working on parking structuresWhy Join Us:

This is an outdoor, team-based construction role. Expect to work in varying weather conditions, including summer heat and winter cold. Crews typically consist of 12–16 members, with workdays starting at 6:30 or 7:00 AM and lasting 8–12 hours depending on conditions. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
