**Concrete Laborer / Finisher – $20–$28/hr | Overtime Available** We’re hiring concrete laborers and finishers who know the work, show up, and get the job done. If you’ve got solid concrete experience and want steady hours with overtime, this is a strong opportunity. **What You’ll Do** + Finish, smooth, and level fresh concrete for flatwork, foundations, sidewalks, curbs, and driveways. + Set forms, tie rebar, prep sites, and assist with pours. + Run finishing tools: trowels, floats, screeds, power trowels. + Apply curing agents, sealers, and surface treatments. + Read basic blueprints and project specs. + Help with site prep, cleanup, and general labor when needed. **What You Need** + Concrete finishing experience — residential, commercial, or ag. + Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and concrete behavior. + Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather. + Reliable transportation and solid attendance. + Able to work independently and with a crew. **Nice to Have** + Stamped or decorative concrete experience. + Ability to operate skid steers or small equipment. + Understanding of ADA slopes and tolerances. + Driver’s license preferred. **Why Work Here** + **$20–$28/hr based on experience.** + **Overtime available every week.** + Health, dental, and vision options. + PTO + paid holidays. + 401(k) with company match. + Opportunities to move up and take on leadership roles. **Work Environment** Based out of Lincoln.
