We’re looking for an experienced Concrete Laborer/Finisher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality craftsmanship, works well in a fast‑paced environment, and understands the importance of precision in every pour.\n\nSmooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete for floors, sidewalks, curbs, driveways, foundations, and other structures\nSet forms, place rebar, and prepare surfaces for concrete placement\nOperate finishing tools and equipment (trowels, floats, screeds, power trowels, etc.)\nApply curing compounds, sealers, and surface treatments\nRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications\nEnsure work meets quality standards and safety regulations\nAssist with site prep, cleanup, and general labor as needed

Qualifications\nProven experience as a concrete finisher (residential, commercial, or industrial)\nStrong knowledge of concrete properties, finishing techniques, and curing processes\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions\nReliable transportation and consistent attendance\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nValid driver’s license preferred\n\n-Preferred Skills (Not Required)\nExperience with stamped, stained, or decorative concrete\nAbility to operate skid steers or other heavy equipment\nKnowledge of ADA requirements and slope tolerances

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
