Concrete Laborer
**Job Title: Concrete Laborer** Job Description As a Concrete Laborer, you will engage in a variety of tasks such as general labor, setting up and pouring concrete, and cleaning forms. You will also assist with basic carpentry and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace. This role is situated in a manufacturing setting where you will collaborate with a team to produce precast concrete products. While extensive experience is not necessary, previous exposure to construction or factory work is advantageous. The role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of the day and need to lift approximately 40 pounds. Responsibilities + Perform general labor tasks related to concrete production. + Set up, pour, and clean concrete forms. + Assist with basic carpentry tasks as needed. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. + Collaborate with the team to manufacture precast concrete products. + Follow simple instructions and adhere to safety guidelines. Essential Skills + High school diploma or GED. + Basic carpentry and mechanical skills. + Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders. + Proficiency in basic math and measurement tools such as tape measures and levels. + Capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete work is preferred but not required. + Physical ability to work in outdoor or industrial environments with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. + Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
