Job Description

Responsibilities

Operate, or be willing to learn to operate, Wall Saws, Core Drills, Hand Saws, Flat Saws, and heavy equipment.Perform full building demolitions and renovations.Comfortable with heavy lifting, dust, debris, and wet environments.Maintain and care for equipment used on the job.Comply with all safety policies and procedures.Maintain a positive, drug-free work environment.Manage workflow to meet changing priorities and complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports.

Essential Skills

Experience in general labor, construction, or a similar physically demanding role.Ability to operate hand tools and equipment related to concrete construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical experience is helpful but not required.OSHA certifications are a plus, but not required.Experience in farmhand, ex-military, construction, or demolition roles is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work involves traveling across the Treasure Valley to various job sites for concrete cutting and drilling. The role is physically demanding and involves working in the elements. The workday begins at 6:45 AM and typically ends by 4:30 PM, but may extend longer depending on job completion. Steel toe shoes are required, and all other personal protective equipment is provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
