Concrete Laborer
**Job Description** We are seeking a Concrete Laborer or concrete finisher to performing foundational and wall pours, as well as flatwork. Our focus is on new commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family concrete construction. Employees can expect to work 40+ hours weekly with a crew size ranging from 3-8 members. Opportunities are available for both entry-level and experienced individuals within the foundations and walls team and the finishing team. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures. + Manage and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications. + Collaborate with team members to build forms and frameworks for concrete placement. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using construction hand and power tools. + Concrete finishing experience. + Production and concrete formwork skills. + Ability to read basic blueprints and understand thickness and reinforcement. + Basic understanding of the timing of all finishing procedures. + Ability to set wall forms and use a level to set elevations. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
