**Concrete Foreman – Crew Lead** **Location:** _Portland, OR_ **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Construction / Concrete **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Concrete Foreman** to lead and manage field crews on a variety of concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in concrete work, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. **Key Responsibilities** + Supervise, direct, and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews + Manage workflow to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards + Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications + Oversee concrete placement, finishing, formwork, rebar installation, and site prep + Train, mentor, and motivate crew members + Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations + Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors + Track labor, materials, and equipment usage + Help problem-solve onsite challenges and adjust plans as needed **Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or Lead + Strong technical knowledge of concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing + Experience managing crews of _(insert number)_ workers + Ability to read and interpret construction drawings + Strong communication and organizational skills + Proven ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $90688.00 - $90688.00/yr.
