Position Overview

The Concrete Foreman oversees day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial, industrial, and civil projectsCoordinate daily tasks, schedules, and manpower needsRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsOversee layout, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concreteEnsure all work meets quality standards and project timelinesMaintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocolsCommunicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractorsTrack progress, materials, and crew performanceTroubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role within concrete construction5+ years of hands-on concrete experience, including forming, pouring, and finishingStrong understanding of concrete construction methods, tools, and equipmentAbility to lead crews and maintain productivity on active job sitesSolid communication and organizational skillsAbility to read plans and perform layoutCommitment to safety and quality workmanship
