**Job Title:** **Concrete Foreman** DIRECT HIRE **PAY: 45-55/HR** **Job Description** Lead and supervise concrete flatwork on civil concrete projects, including highways, roadways, sidewalks, and curbing. Responsible for overseeing crew supervision, scheduling, material procurement, and communication with project managers and owners. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of 3-6 people in executing concrete flatwork projects. + Pull string, calculate slope, and set forms accurately. + Interpret construction plans to execute projects effectively. + Assign work duties and monitor tasks to ensure quality performance. + Provide feedback and assist employees in correcting deficiencies. + Coordinate with Project Superintendents, Managers, Estimators, and Operations. + Identify and organize daily labor requirements. + Organize mobilization and identify necessary equipment for projects. + Perform lay-out, forming, and reinforcement of concrete flatwork projects. + Help keep the team focused and on task. **Essential Skills** + Construction supervision experience. + Experience as a Form Setter (minimum of 2 years). + Civil concrete construction experience. + Knowledge of ADA curb ramp construction. + Proficient use of construction tools. + Experience operating mini-excavators and skid steers. + Ability to oversee site work and projects. + Problem-solving skills. + Excellent time management and delegation skills. + Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills preferred. + Valid driver's license and clean driving history. + Ability to lift 50 lbs-100 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a pay structure that is above average, coupled with good benefits.
